Music is essential to a well-rounded education and can positively impact students' academic, social, and emotional development. Music education in schools helps students discover their passion for music. Join GCS in celebrating our seventeen fully certified music educators, student musicians, and music education in our schools. #MusicInOurSchools is supported through our school levy.

Saturday morning the Frankford Elementary Archery team made their way down to Charleston for West Virginia’s largest NASP event at the Charleston Coliseum and Convention Center. This event hosts over 1,270 archers from across the entire state of West Virginia.
Our Frankford team participated in the 11am flight and recorded our highest overall team score this season, shooting for a total of 2,741 points. Also, some of our archers recorded their personal best scores of the season!
Our team walked away with a 5th place overall finish out of 14 total elementary teams.
Congratulations for a successful tournament!
